Enjoyment is at the forefront of Van der Valk Hotel Brussels Airport and you will notice this very clearly in our restaurant and in the Bar & Lounge. Our friendly staff is happy to serve you a typical Belgian beer, a good glass of wine or one of the carefully prepared dishes from our kitchen.

Restaurant Catharina has a modern kitchen with Mediterranean influences. Our chefs work with fresh seasonal products, which preferably come from the region. All dishes are prepared in our own kitchen. We offer a top product at a fair price.

Lunches and brunches

Our Business Lunch Buffet is now a concept in Brussels and surroundings. For only € 32 you can choose from all kinds of starters, main courses and desserts.

Or opt for our extensive Sunday brunch. With the whole family you can then enjoy gourmet dishes from our chef.

Bar & Lounge

In our Bar & Lounge our staff will be happy to serve you a cup of coffee, one of the good wines or champagnes we serve by the glass, a freshly brewed Belgian beer or a different drink of your choice. Consult our bar menu for surprising drinks and small dishes.
