Live Cooking Game Buffet

On Saturday 28 November 2026, autumn comes to Van der Valk Hotel Brussels Airport. Expect a warm welcome, the sound of hunting horns and an evening of game, woodland mushrooms and live cooking.

The evening programme

6.30 to 7.30 pm
A warming aperitif with mulled wine, jenever and winter cocktails. Hunting horn players open the evening with a welcoming concert.

8 to 11 pm
Live Cooking Game Buffet with game specialities, woodland mushrooms and autumn accompaniments. Our chefs add a touch of theatre with live preparation and flambé dishes.

11.30 pm to midnight
A closing evening concert to round off the night together.
