Van der Valk Hotel Brussels Airport is (partly) open and applies stricter measures. We would like to ask you to take these measures into account to ensure your health and that of our employees. We hope to welcome you soon for a safe and comfortable stay at Hotel Brussels Airport.

Covid Safe Pass
From November 1, a Covid Safe Pass will be required for guests in the bar and restaurant. Rooms can be reserved without a Covid Safe Pass.
Our restaurant is open again! Every day for breakfast from 06:00 to 10:00. From Monday-Friday we will have our popular Business Lunch buffet from 12pm to 2.30pm from 13/9 and a la carte lunch from 12pm to 5pm daily. Every day you can come and enjoy a dinner from 5 pm to 10 pm.
Our bar is open 7/7 from 10am to midnight.
Breakfast can be enjoyed in your room or on the terrace and can also be prepared for you as a take away package. From June 9th we will be at your service again for breakfast in the restaurant, of course with respect for all applicable Covid rules.
From the 9th of June our fitness is available again for hotel guests.
Our shuttle bus to and from the airport does not run. But if you want a taxi, we will gladly arrange this for you.
Safe and comfortable
At Van der Valk, the health, safety and well-being of our guests and employees has the highest priority. In order to guarantee your health and safety, we would like to ask you to observe the following policy during your visit to our hotel:
- Follow indicated walking direction and hygiene measures
- Keep 1.5 meters distance from other guests and employees
- Do not shake hands with fellow guests or hotel staff
- Wash your hands regularly
- Use paper towels to dry your hands
- Cough and sneeze in your elbow and turn away from fellow guests and hotel staff
- Preferably pay by card or contactless
Do you have symptons of a cold, such as a runny nose, sneezing, sore throat, mild cough or increase to 38 degrees Celsius? Then we ask you to stay at home and not to come to the hotel.

Can Van der Valk be open as a hotel and restaurant?
Yes, according to government guidelines it is allowed to be open as a hotel. Food and beverage outlets in the restaurant are open as from 9th of june. Please note that adapted measures and opening guidelines apply for Brussels.
Is visiting a Van der Valk hotel safe?
Van der Valk takes your health and that of the employees very seriously. We have tightened measures within the hotel so that this can be guaranteed. All Van der Valk hotels are furnished according to the guidelines of the government. As a hotel, we do everything we can to keep risks to a minimum.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
This is still possible according to the general terms and conditions.
Can I change my booking on the day of arrival if I have a cold or cough?
Yes, this can be done by submitting a doctor's note. Do you have a cold, such as a cold, runny nose, sneezing, sore throat, mild cough or increase to 38 degrees Celsius? Then we ask you to stay at home and not to come to the hotel. Of course we will think along with you in the form of a suitable solution.
